The Wings Hotels Collection - Istanbul

The decor is undeniably pretty, but too bad the sauna wasn't in use, the whole reason for my stay. I also couldn't believe I had to settle for a junior suite when I expected something grander. This could've been a 5-star stay, if only someone had cared about my comfort.

It has great location just next door to Istiklal Avenue. And the area is local right by Istiklal Street, the main shopping street of Istanbul.

Everything was great, yet we stayed for 1 night only. We had the twin room it was luxurious. Very central location of this designer hotel was a bonus. The breakfast was good and gorgeous and located within 400 metres from Taksim tube station was a plus. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was perfect🙂

The stuff were very polite and pleasant and check-in was smooth. The service was all in all excellant.

The room was big size and fashionable, I had such wonderful experience.

Loved every minute of being there, recommend. The hotel was stylish and the location was marvellous just off many good restaurants, many coffee shops and the central shopping street. The staff was amiable, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. Good and lovely breakfast with testy food was available. I was pleased with amazing service.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The hotel boasts a fine design, providing an oasis amid the city's chaos. Even arranging a complimentary airport transfer.

Unfortunately, noise levels from the streets were disruptive, significantly affecting my sleep quality. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving me feeling warm at night.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay! The beautiful decor and comfy room made relaxing easy, and I loved unwinding at the cozy lounge and exploring the rooftop terrace. Just a heads up, the wifi could be a little slow sometimes, but it didn’t really put a damper on my trip. 😊

The location was unbeatable! Just a short walk from Taksim Square, we enjoyed exploring cute local cafes and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and I must say, the staff really went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay with my mum.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast had more variety.

The upgraded room was comfortable, but the shower hung off the wall.

The design was really cool, and we loved the comfy beds. We visited Taksim Square and checked out local cafes nearby. Definitely recommend stepping out for breakfast, as it was simpler at the hotel. The staff were quite friendly and always ready to help.

One downside was the air conditioning. It felt more like a ventilation system, and we had trouble getting it cool enough to sleep comfortably. The front desk was typically helpful, though.

The junior suite was super spacious, comfy, and had a great big bath tub to relax in after a long day of sightseein. The breakfast was so good with local cheeses and eggs cooked on demand. The location is just perfect, only a few mins walk to the main shopping street and other attractions. Felt safe walkin around even at night, and everyone at the hotel was so friendly & helpful!

Only bad thing was that the wifi was kinda spotty and sometimes noisy at night from the street. The gym was a bit small, needed more equipment.

Recommend it for solo travelers

Stayed in a luxurious design suite which was lovely, really. The staff went out of their way to help, especially when I needed laundry done. They recommended a cheap spot nearby.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to İstiklal Street and a vibrant dining scene. The breakfast was particularly excellent. The kitchen was accommodating, handling our specific requests with a smile. And the staff consistently were pretty good!

One area for improvement could be the occasional noise from surrounding streets. And while the service was mostly attentive, a bit more warmth at check-in would enhance the experience.

The rooms here are clean, bright, and complete with essential amenities like a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.
